Metis Engineering is pleased to announce a new global distribution partnership with Miken Electronics Worldwide Ltd, a move that extends the reach of our full sensor portfolio into defence, aerospace, and industrial markets around the world through Miken’s established international supply chain and ISO 9001:2015 certified fulfilment network.
Why This Partnership Matters
Under the agreement, Miken Electronics Worldwide becomes a global distributor for the entire Metis Engineering product range, including our Cell Guard battery safety sensor, H Guard hydrogen sensor, Air Wise air quality monitor, Analogue to Digital CAN Module, 8 Channel Isolated Thermocouple, GPS CAN sensor, and our full suite of R&D development tools and connection kits.
For customers in defence and aerospace particularly, this opens a route to procurement that meets the rigorous compliance and traceability standards those sectors demand. Cell Guard, our flagship product, has now achieved more than 500 deployments across electric vehicle, energy storage, and industrial applications, detecting the early warning signatures of thermal runaway, including pressure, volatile organic compounds, moisture, dew point, hydrogen, and shock, before a critical event occurs.
